Bread

flour ... 16oz
salt ... 5g
sugar
warm water
dry yeast ... 1/4oz
olive oil ... 1 tea spoon


1. Put 8oz of flour (I use white flour) in a bowl
with one tea spoon of salt
and 3.5oz of warm water
(put the water little by little) and mix all
Make a ball (it do not be too soft)

2. Put 8oz of flour in another bowl
with little sugar (a pinch) ,
with 1/4 oz of dry yeast
and 3.5 oz of warm water
Mix all and make a ball

3. Mix the 2 balls together, add 1 tea spoon of olive oil
(if you want to make pizza, add 3 tea spoon instead of 1)
Then knead the dough for at least 10 min

4. Make a ball with this
and sprinkle a little bit of flour on top
Make a little cut on top of it with a knife
and let it in a big bowl
covered by a wet (a little wet) duster
for 3 hours (the dough grow)

5. Knead the dough to give it the shape you want
and put in the oven at 450 F for 30 min
